NOTE: Uncuthu // "the one who brings joy"

Uncuthu was only just a week old when I lied eyes on his beautiful face and lovely hair for the first time ever. Isn't he the cutest thou? The prince was born just after midnight on the fourth of July at Sandton Medi Clinic. I honestly dont remember much about that day but the meer fact that I was happy and beyond excited to  meet the newest member to our family. He was born with lots of curly hair just like his mother. My sister is half russian half Ndebele and her husband is Umxhosa- and this is what they produced. Perfection if you ask me. A lot of friends on social media say he looks just like me, his cheeks and all. What do you think? :-)

Uncuthu's tshirt and dungaree is from Zara for kids

STREET STYLE CRUSH: Mpho Sishuta // Monochrome

Monochrome is the season's key fashion trend. I am obsessed with all things black and white and all round simplicity nowadays. I love this outfit that my friend Mpho Sishuta wore at a birthday party a few weeks ago in East London. More than anything, the outfit blends in well with the french braids which seem to becoming popular thanks to Miss Keri Hilson.

NOTE: Redefined...

When I started this blog I was about nineteen years old and I havent been blogging for a long time now because I just almost felt like I needed a break from a lot of things in order to fully focus on myself and redefining my creativity. When I first started this blog I thought it would mainly focus on fashion and style, but now as I grow older there is a lot more that matters in my life. The plan, which I can happily report is in motion as we speak, is to start dedicating more time to the things that make me smile and less time to the things that piss me off and make me feel like I’m delaying my own dreams and aspirations in favour of keeping those around me feeling happy and secure. Hope you understand and enjoy me as I stir up this pot of creativity cooking inside of me with almost everything that my heart desires.
